  2. Products must have at least 90% of the product remaining and be returned with all original packaging (box, pouch, etc.).

  3. Discovery Boxes are non-refundable, as they are designed for testing purposes.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to damage, leakage, or an incorrect product sent.

Processing Time

  1. Products returned without their original box, pouch, or other packaging materials will not be accepted.
