- Most deliveries are made via Cash on Delivery (COD), as it is the preferred payment method.
- We accept return/exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must have at least 90% of the product remaining and be returned with all original packaging (box, pouch, etc.).
- Discovery Boxes: Non-refundable, as they are designed for testing purposes.
